Athlete Performance & Testing
The numbers
don’t lie.
Speed. Strength. Explosiveness. Measured.
At DUB Athletic, we don’t just train athletes. We test them, track their progress, and help them understand where they stand. From acceleration and top-end speed to change of direction and strength, our testing gives athletes and parents real numbers to measure development.

Why Does Testing Matter?
Every athlete wants to get faster, stronger, and more explosive. But how do you know you’re actually improving?
At DUB Athletic, testing gives us a starting point. We use measurable results to identify strengths, recognize areas that need work, and evaluate progress over time.
Parents shouldn’t have to guess whether their athlete is developing. We want them to understand the numbers and the work behind them.
Measure
Establish a baseline.
Develop
Train the areas that need improvement.
Retest
Evaluate progress and adjust the plan.
Ready to see what you’re capable of?
Whether you’re preparing for middle school football, working toward a varsity opportunity, or getting ready for your next camp, understanding your athletic ability is part of the development process.
